Qualifications

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Licensed and in good standing in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Work with top commercial and securities litigators on high-stakes matters.
• Represent clients in state and federal court and arbitration forums (AAA, FINRA).
• Draft persuasive motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Collaborate with team in a supportive, dynamic environment.
• Handle matters at courthouse, in arbitration hearings, and depositions as needed.
