Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of relevant commercial/business litigation experience; securities litigation/arbitration a plus.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing in Texas.
• Strong working knowledge of Texas law, federal and state rules of procedure and evidence, with interest in FINRA litigation/arbitration.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside top commercial and securities litigators on high-stakes matters.
• Tackle sophisticated commercial, business, and securities litigation matters.
• Represent clients in state and federal court and in arbitration forums, including AAA and FINRA.
• Draft persuasive motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Collaborate with a team in a supportive, dynamic environment.
