Qualifications

• Experience in field sales within building materials or flooring.
• Ability to travel 75–100% domestically.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Makes sales calls, travels to customer facilities, presents products and closes orders.
• Monitors territory performance and improves results.
• Provides customer service and coordinates with other departments.
• Sets sales objectives with VP and ensures compliance with policies.
• Develops territory coverage plan and forecasts sales.
• Prepares budgets and manages expenses.
• Performs other duties as required.
