Job summary

Minis is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experience, greet customers, assess needs, and guide purchases while promoting the store's membership program. This role focuses on energetic service and strong product knowledge to drive sales.

You will process transactions, restock merchandise, maintain displays, and participate in promotions. A flexible schedule including weekends and potential overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.

• Promote membership program and use suggestive selling.
• Maintain displays and merchandising standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS.
• Manage inventory and restock products as needed.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to drive sales.
• Keep the store clean and welcoming at all times.
• Support promotions and store events.
• Access and organize stock in high storage areas following safety protocols.
• Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight or travel as necessary.
