Responsibilities

• Teach students the foundational roles, skills, and personal qualities of community health workers.
• Provide instruction on the function and impact of community health workers in organizations and communities.
• Develop and deliver lesson plans, activities, and assessments aligned to learning outcomes.
• Guide students in applying theory to practical, real-world community health scenarios.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and success.
