Job summary

A leading insurance brokerage firm in California is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager - Surety. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while managing Surety accounts and ensuring compliance with bond requirements. The position requires at least 5 years of experience in the industry, including a strong focus on Surety and Commercial Lines, as well as holding an active P&C license in California. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience with a strong background in Surety and Commercial Lines.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support for Surety accounts.
• Process Surety bond requests, endorsements, and certifications.
• Handle operational tasks related to Surety accounts and risk management.

Skills

Active P&C License in California

Industry experience in Surety and Commercial Lines

Experience with Epic agency management system

Surplus/excess lines experience

Strong organizational skills

Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
