Job summary

NextEra Energy invites a Summer Intern – General to gain exposure across business activities and support projects as needed. You may assist in operations, communications, PM, HR, legal, or other corporate functions.

You’ll develop professional skills, work with experienced colleagues, and contribute to initiatives that support the business while presenting findings to leadership when applicable.

Qualifications

• Maintain active enrollment in a bachelor’s degree or higher degree program.
• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Ability to complete a minimum 10-week internship, beginning no later than June 1.

Responsibilities

• Assists assigned department or team with projects, analyses, and business activities.
• Supports research, analysis, reporting, coordination, or other work based on team needs.
• Reviews and organizes information to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
• Helps prepare reports, presentations, schedules, documentation, or other project materials.
• Collaborates with team members and business partners across the organization.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
