Job summary

Somerville Public Schools is seeking a substitute teacher to deliver prepared lessons in the absence of regular teachers. You will maintain a structured, safe classroom and promote student focus and engagement, ensuring instructional time aligns with school standards.

The role requires 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED. Employment is part-time/intermittent with daily hours from 7:45 am to 2:45 pm and compensation of $150 per day.
