Leon County Schools is seeking substitute teachers to support classrooms across the district. Preference will be given to applicants with teaching experience or prior work in a school environment. Qualifikationen

• Preference will be given to applicants with teaching experience and applicants with work experience in a school environment.
• At least five years of work experience, including gaps of employment.

• Applicants must be twenty-one (21) years of age to be considered for employment.
• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Required to work a minimum of four (4) days per month.
• Required to work one (1) Monday, and one (1) Friday each month.
• Hourly as needed. Hours worked vary depending on school location, and assigned teacher - substitutes must available for the full working day each day of availability.
• Once hired, applicant will be required to complete on-line substitute training course.
• While working in a substitute assignment, candidate will not be eligible for benefits.
