Precision HR Solutions, Inc is recruiting Substitute Teachers for the West Mifflin Area School District for the 2026-2027 school year. In the absence of the classroom teacher, you will provide instruction and manage the learning environment.

Position is TEMPORARY with compensation of $150/day, paid weekly. Requires Bachelor's Degree and PA Teaching Certification for substitute teachers; current clearances are required. The assignment is located in West Mifflin, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required for substitute teachers.
• Clearances must be current (within one year): PA State Criminal History Record, Child Abuse Report, and FBI Criminal History Report.
• Valid PA Teaching Certification for substitute teachers.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the classroom teacher, provide instruction and manage the learning environment.
• Review and implement regular teacher's routines, procedures, lesson plans, and curriculum objectives
• Establish and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
• Report any student injuries, illness, and serious discipline problems to school administration
• Perform other duties as directed by school administration
