Job summary

Precision Human Resource Solutions, Inc. (PA) currently has openings for substitute teachers in the Sharpsville Area School District for the 2026-2027 year. If you hold a Bachelor's Degree, we can pursue Emergency PA certification to substitute teach.

Compensation is $120 per day with weekly pay and temporary status. Responsibilities include in-class instruction, following regular routines and ensuring a safe, orderly environment, while communicating any student issues to administration.

Qualifications

• FBI fingerprints through the PA Department of Education.
• Pennsylvania State Police background check.
• Pennsylvania Child Abuse clearance.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the classroom teacher, provide instruction and manage the learning environment.
• Review and implement regular teacher's routines, procedures, lesson plans, and curriculum objectives.
• Establish and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
• Report any student injuries, illness, and serious discipline problems to school administration.
• Perform other duties as directed by school administration.
