Job summary

IDEA Public Schools is looking for dedicated substitute teachers to provide instructional coverage and supervise students in a safe learning environment. Successful candidates will possess at least a Bachelor's degree or one year of experience working with children. Substitute teachers will earn competitive daily pay ranging from $130 to $170 based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to manage classroom and ensure student safety.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and deliver instruction.
• Experience with classroom management and behavior reinforcement.

Responsibilities

• Perform substitute teaching duties to maintain instructional continuity.
• Supervise students and maintain a safe classroom environment.
• Assist with campus duties including lunch and recess supervision.

Skills

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred

At least 1 year of experience working with children
