Job summary

New Fairfield Public Schools is seeking a Substitute Paraeducator for districtwide coverage in New Fairfield, CT. You will assist students with classroom assignments under teacher direction and support individuals or small groups to keep them engaged.

Responsibilities include monitoring students in classrooms, hallways, lunchrooms, playgrounds and buses; assisting students with special needs; maintaining confidentiality and professionalism; and communicating progress to school staff.
