Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked, organized and well kept to Company standards.
• Maintain a professional and supportive image among subordinates and supervisor.
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management, training, counseling, motivating and separating employees.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote safe, positive image within the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals in writing and provide feedback.
• Train employees to meet customer service, site image and marketing standards.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Communicate timely information to all employees and hold regular meetings.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals.
• Ensure reports are completed accurately and on time and merchandise is displayed and priced correctly.
