Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, degree in business management/retail preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience with P&L, safety, staffing, and promotions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct all store operations and drive sales and efficiency.
• Lead approx. ten people across departments and receivers.
• Oversee inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets.
