The Staff Nurse (RN/LPN) at Juniper Health Inc will assist providers and clinical staff by performing routine duties within licensure, ensuring adherence to the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model for comprehensive, coordinated, patient-centered care.

You will administer and document medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, assist with examinations, collect specimens, and support patient education on health promotion and disease prevention. Travel to JHI sites may be required.

Formación

• Graduates from an accredited two-year nurse training program (RN or LPN) approved by the Kentucky Board of Nursing.
• ACLS certification and continuing education credits required for licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with nursing care to seriously ill patients and administers and documents medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitors and documents vital signs, collects samples, and assists with examinations and procedures as directed by the provider.
• Assists with patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and proper medication usage.
• Orders and restocks medications and medical supplies; maintains a safe, clean work environment.
