Job summary

A global sportswear company is seeking a dedicated individual for a customer service position in Sunrise, Minnesota. Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment, preferably in apparel or footwear.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different situations.
• Knowledge of MS Office programs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience in the store.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions securely and quickly.
• Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with merchandising guidelines.
• Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
