Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment, preferably in apparel or footwear.
• Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.
• Strong team player with effective communication skills.

• Provide high standards of customer experience following brand values.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately and securely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with merchandising guidelines.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently.

• Required to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
