Qualifications

• Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive impairments.
• Document progress and collaborate with the care team to adjust plans as needed.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in speech therapy techniques.
• Provide services within scope of practice per state laws and plan of care.
