Qualifications

• Current licensure as an SLP in the practicing state (MD/OH/PA/WV as applicable).
• ASHA CCC or eligibility to obtain CCC within 48 months of hire.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated, comprehensive patient care with an interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-linguistic needs; develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document all treatments per department policies and procedures; monitor progress and communicate with referring providers.
• Participate in the Rehabilitation Services performance improvement program to ensure timely, cost-effective services.
• May supervise graduate assistants/interns; schedule evaluations and provide feedback.
