Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited speech therapy program (minimum of MS-Speech Language Pathology).
• Must have a current SLP license for state of practice in good standing; must be ASHA certified (CCCs); one year experience in a health care setting; long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality rehabilitation care in Speech Therapy to residents.
• Conducts ongoing assessments of resident’s ability to swallow, speak and hear.
• Observes and interprets hearing and speech evaluations.
