Job summary

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Valid NM Special Education teaching license with endorsements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction aligned to approved curriculum.
• Facilitate IEP meetings for students on caseload.
• Modify assignments to meet individual needs.
• Maintain a safe, positive learning environment and manage behavior.
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and community.
• Supervise paraprofessionals in the classroom.
