Qualifications

• Experience working with emotional and/or behaviorally challenged students is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree is required for this role.
• Active substitute or other education teaching certificate issued by the California Department of Education is required; PCMA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follows a school schedule with variable days/hours.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, de-escalation, and crisis response as needed.
• Assist with curriculum/instruction, classroom management, and documentation.
• Maintain student records and report as required; collaborate with peers and supervisors.
