Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Spanish or a related field with at least 15 graduate credits completed in the applicable language.
• PA Act 15 clearances compliance required and licensing information applies.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses and provide student academic support.
• Develop instructional methods aligned with course learning outcomes and catalog descriptions.
• Prepare course materials and prescribed assessments tied to learning outcomes.
• Submit syllabi by the department chair/designee and meet deadlines.
• Maintain attendance, enter grades, and respond to student inquiries promptly.
• Maintain office hours and participate in department meetings and trainings.
• Participate in assessment processes to improve student learning and communicate results.
