Responsibilities

• Create and implement social media content/campaigns across platforms.
• Oversee weekly/monthly social content calendars.
• Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas and optimization areas.
• Support marketing at events with social coverage and operations.
• Provide customer service support via social channels.
• Research new digital trends for implementation.
• Maintain up-to-date influencer and media lists.
• Help maintain photo and video library.
• Coordinate event logistics pre- and post-event; registrations and materials.
• Distribute marketing collateral and promote events district-wide.
• Collaborate with regional/local marketing to plan social campaigns.
