Qualifications

• Portfolio or samples of content created

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, edit, and publish engaging content for Kansas City locations
• Create short form videos for Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads
• Appear on camera, interview guests and staff, bring personality to content
• Capture races, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Develop ideas, scripts, captions, and promotional copy
• Manage content calendars and posting schedules
• Collaborate with management on paid advertising content
• Coordinate filming with location managers for events
• Engage with followers and moderate comments
• Review content performance to improve future output
• Assist with collaborations and campaigns
• Maintain organized media library
• Build a content reserve and expand production skills
• Follow brand standards and safety guidelines
• Support related marketing projects as needed
