Job summary

Kula Bowls in Hapeville, GA seeks a Team Member to deliver smoothies, Acai Bowls & Toasts in a fast-paced cafe setting. This part-time role (22–28 hours) runs 8:45am–5:45pm, weekdays with no weekends, offering growth opportunities in a friendly, team-focused environment.

You will provide excellent customer service, operate the POS, keep the dining area clean, and assist with inventory and promotions. Experience in cafe culture is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible availability, Monday -Friday, No Weekends.
• Work hours 8:45am-5:45pm.
• Part -time only (22 -28hrs).

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile while preparing and serving our signature smoothies, Acai Bowls, sandwiches and frozen treats.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and dining space.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Assist in restocking inventory and managing supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote specials.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service during peak hours.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
