Job summary

Arden's Garden in Atlanta is seeking part-time and full-time baristas to serve guests, make smoothies, and share product knowledge with a focus on health and wellness. Roles include morning and mid-day shifts (7 AM–5 PM and 12 PM–5 PM) in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic multitaskers with excellent customer service skills and a passion for healthy living. Prior experience in sales or food service is helpful but not required, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Dedicated and hardworking.
• Able to operate a POS system.
• Bartender, barista, and service industry experience not required but preferred.
• Good attention to details.
• Must be a multitasker, make the most of working in a fun & fast-paced environment.
• Open availability preferred.
• Be able to work opening shifts.
• Be able to work mid-day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate blenders and sell healthy juices and smoothies.
• Share nutritional knowledge with customers.
• Ensure Loss Prevention.
• Develop strong relationships with customers.
• Assist with inventory management and merchandising.
• Assist with store operations.
