Blue Moon Fitness is seeking energetic individuals to lead group exercise classes at our Omaha North location. Instructors will deliver safe, engaging workouts and routinely uphold certification requirements to ensure high-quality training for members.

Ideal candidates possess AED/CPR certification, are certified to teach, and demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills. This role supports a fitness-first culture with opportunities for ongoing training and member interaction.

Qualifications

• AED/CPR certification required.
• Certified to teach fitness classes.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Understand and uphold Blue Moon Fitness standards and mission.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Blue Moon Fitness brand and model behavior.
• Assist member requests or escalate to a manager.
• Maintain professional conduct at all times.
• Follow club policies and employee handbook.
