Blue Moon Fitness – Omaha South is seeking an energetic Small Group Training Instructor in Omaha, NE. You will lead engaging small-group classes, promote safe technique, and help members reach their fitness goals.

Qualifications

• Maintain AED/CPR certification and be certified to teach.
• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels; former group fitness experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and clear verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Understand and maintain Blue Moon Fitness standards and expectations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Blue Moon Fitness brand and model behavior.
• Facilitate member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow club policies and procedures.
• Follow Employee Handbook policies and procedures.
