• Licensed SLP in good standing.
• Strong ability to evaluate clients and develop treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new clients and answer introductory questions about their care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with short and long term goals for speech, language, communication, and wellness.
• Implement treatment and track client progress, adjusting as needed for successful outcomes.
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation of client needs, care, and outcomes.
• Work closely with clients and families to ensure they have knowledge and tools for success.
• Supervise and collaborate with SLPAs providing therapy services.
