Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a creative Social Content Creator Specialist to produce engaging short-form video content for TP-Link and Tapo across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll ideate, script, shoot, and edit content designed to drive views and shares.

You’ll translate technical topics like networking and smart home into approachable, social-native stories, collaborating with the Social Media and Marketing teams to test formats and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or creator-led content.
• Proven ability to create engaging content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong understanding of platform trends, pacing, storytelling, and audience behavior.
• Excellent video production skills (shooting and editing).
• Comfortable on camera and able to translate technical topics into social-first content.

Responsibilities

• Create 2–3 short-form videos per week across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Own the full content process: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
• Stay on top of trends and translate them into brand-relevant content.
• Capture real-time content at events, product launches, and office moments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns and product stories to life.
• Analyze performance metrics and apply insights to improve future content.
• Create longer-form explainer videos for product and retail use.
