Job summary

Clarios in Florence, KY is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensure inventory accuracy, and coordinate warehouse activities. The role collaborates with production, carriers, and 3PLs to maintain efficient logistics and on-time deliveries.

Ideal candidates will have experience in manufacturing/logistics environments and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, with strong organizational and communication skills to support plant performance and safety

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments.
Experience using MRPs for inventory, production, shipping, or warehouse management.
Experience scheduling transportation and coordinating shipments with carriers or third-party logistics providers.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support plant operations.
Schedule, track, and book shipments using SAP or ERP systems while maintaining accurate inventory records.
Maintain inventory records and ensure material receipts and transactions are accurate.
Communicate with carriers, brokers, warehouses, and receiving plants to ensure on-time delivery.
Support safety, 5S, and continuous improvement in warehouse processes.
