Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Server for Doc Crows in Louisville, KY. You will seat guests, take orders, and ensure accurate, timely service while upholding our hospitality standards.

The role requires at least 1 year in a hotel/restaurant setting. You will handle cash transactions, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a clean, organized station. We offer competitive pay, flexible hours, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post-high school education preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and provide guest service.
• Experience with cash handling and basic math for making change and refunds.

Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitors food distribution and presentation; ensures correct recipients and appealing buffet.
• Checks station before, during and after shift for setup and cleanliness.
• Adheres to liquor regulations regarding serving to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Familiar with menu items, preparation, and service procedures.
• Totals checks, presents to guests and accepts payment.
• Assists with bussing tables.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
