Job summary

SecureSpace Management LLC is seeking a Self-Storage Multi-Store Manager to lead multiple locations, drive sales, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure top-notch customer service across stores. You will coordinate with Area/District managers and support teams to meet brand standards and occupancy goals.

The role requires travel to assigned stores, strong English communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in storage, retail or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals by promoting unit rentals and related products.
• Guide new customers through the rental process for smooth transactions.
• Reach out to clients to confirm moving dates and secure units.
• Manage past-due tenants and lien/auction paperwork.
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients.

Skills
