Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests and assist in locating items or resolving issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Respond to and document security incidents in a timely manner using the case management system.
• Promote a culture of safety and security, and de-escalate when needed.
• Conduct merchandize theft recoveries and provide theft apprehension support as needed.
