Job summary

Qualifications

• Physically able to climb ladders and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to resolve issues and guide shopping.
• Respond to security incidents promptly and document in case systems.
• Use Target's video surveillance and AP processes to prevent theft.
• Conduct merchandise checks and support theft-prevention efforts.
• Maintain safety, de-escalate incidents, and communicate with team.
