Securitas is seeking a Flex Security Officer for Milwaukee, WI to provide vigilant security at multiple site locations. The role requires being on site, working varied shifts, including weekends, and delivering strong customer service while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Comfort with basic computer/technology.
• Customer service background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client’s premises in various weather conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or scene of incident in emergencies or investigations.
• Set up barriers / signage and provide information as needed.
• Carry out tasks of similar nature for assigned site.
