Securitas US Business Unit in Duluth, MN is seeking a Flex Officer - Full Time to help maintain a safe and secure environment across client sites. The role involves monitoring premises, managing access control, and patrolling varied locations.

You will engage with employees and guests, follow post orders, and use technology on shift. We require a High School Diploma or GED, strong customer service and leadership, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and vigilance during shifts.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with good judgment.
• Willingness to travel and pass pre-employment screening.
• CPR and FA certifications needed for some sites.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
