Job summary

Rockbridge County Public School is seeking a Secondary Teacher for a 10-month contract at Rockbridge County High School, on-site. The teacher will foster a dynamic learning environment for grades 6–12 across multiple subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, Foreign Languages, Fine Arts, and Physical Education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or eligible for licensure.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Current VDOE teaching license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a structured, engaging learning environment for grades 6–12.
• Deliver instruction via varied methods and adapt to diverse learning styles.
