Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach Physical Science (8th Grade), Biology, Chemistry, Earth Science, and other courses.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Conduct laboratory activities and demonstrations in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and cadets.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date grade book.
• Mentor cadets through weekly advisory meetings.
• Participate in occasional weekend duties and school events.
• Adhere to all Academy policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Help maintain and foster a structured, disciplined, and positive classroom environment.
• Support the Academy's mission of academic achievement, leadership development, and character education.
