**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to enhance their powersports experience.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our extensive range of products and services. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, features, and benefits of our offerings.
- **Sales Process:** Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase. Assist with product demonstrations, provide detailed product information, and help customers make informed decisions.
- **Inventory Management:** Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels, timely restocking, and effective merchandising of products. Assist in organizing and displaying inventory in a visually appealing manner.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other sales team members, service department, and management to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
- **Promotions and Events:** Assist in planning and executing promotional events, open houses, and customer appreciation days. Engage with customers during events to promote products and services.
- **Customer Follow-Up:** Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns. Maintain regular contact to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- **Sales Targets:** Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor personal sales performance and develop strategies to achieve and surpass goals.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the powersports industry or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for powersports and outdoor activities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by the business.
