Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Sales Associate to engage customers on the showroom floor, help them select products, and maintain an inviting sales environment. The role includes light cleaning and merchandising tasks and requires strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.

You’ll be eligible for an hourly rate of $13.00–$14.00 with performance-based incentive pay, plus a broad benefits package and opportunities for career advancement across Aaron’s network.
