Five Below is hiring part-time Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service on the show floor. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help them find products while maintaining stock and a fast, friendly checkout.

This role requires energy, communication skills, and a willingness to learn store systems. Responsibilities include assisting customers, promoting promotions, resolving concerns, and collaborating with the team to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: approach and acknowledge customers, provide assistance, handle multiple customers.
• Understand and meet customer needs: assess needs with product knowledge, answer questions, direct to merchandise and offer recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions: inform customers about events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns: address issues and offer solutions, aim to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management: inform management about merchandise restocking, service requirements and feedback.
