Job summary

Premium Retail Services is hiring a Brand Ambassador for Costco roadshows. You will build eye-catching displays in warehouses, greet shoppers with energy, and demonstrate products to drive sales. Shows run about ten days with downtime between events, and weekend availability is required.

You’ll log sales in the app daily, restock displays, and keep the setup looking sharp from open to close. This role requires standing 8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and staying flexible with schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older with authorization to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the warehouse.
• Smartphone-enabled for scheduling and reporting.
• Open availability across the run of a show (typically 7–10 consecutive days).
• Weekend availability is required; shifts often occur Saturday and Sunday.
• Able to stand for eight hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and move product during setup/teardown.

Responsibilities

• Set up eye-catching displays inside the warehouse to attract attention.
• Greet members with energy and demonstrate the product clearly.
• Demonstrate features and benefits to engage customers.
• Close the sale and track performance against sales goals.
• Log units sold and notes in the app daily; report show progress.
• Restock and maintain a sharp display from open to close.
