Job summary

Premium Retail Services is seeking Brand Ambassadors for Costco roadshows. You will build eye-catching displays, demonstrate products, and engage members to drive sales during 7–10 day shows inside the warehouse.

This on-site role requires energy, weekend availability, and the stamina to stand for long periods. You’ll log units sold and notes in our app, manage stock between shows, and help ensure each display looks sharp from open to close.

Qualifications

• 18 or older, with authorization to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the warehouse.
• A smartphone that supports our apps — you’ll use it daily for scheduling and reporting.
• Open availability across the run of a show (most runs 7–10 consecutive days).
• Weekend availability is required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs, with or without accommodation.
• Comfort starting conversations with strangers, with sustained energy.
• Willingness to complete W‑2 onboarding, including any required background check.

Responsibilities

• Set the stage by building an eye-catching display inside the warehouse.
• Greet members with energy and show the product to drive interest.
• Demonstrate features and benefits to generate excitement.
• Close the sale and work toward the show’s sales goal.
• Log sales and activity in our app daily.
• Restock, tidy, and keep the display looking sharp from open to close.
