Job summary

Finish Line in the United States is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help drive sales, manage merchandise, and participate in inventory and POS activities to keep the store running smoothly.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced retail environment in North Carolina locations, with weekend and holiday availability as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or similar role; track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
