Job summary

Finish Line in the United States is seeking an Associate to assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll help shape the store’s success through friendly service, merchandise presentation, and teamwork.

The role requires flexible hours including weekends, basic math and POS familiarity, and a commitment to DEI and safety in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Tech-savvy with basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
