Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Bolingbrook, IL. You will greet and assist customers, keep the sales floor neat, merchandise displays, and support store operations across departments such as Ladies, Men, Youth, Shoes, Home or Baby Depot.

This part-time, on-site role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll earn $15 per hour and enjoy an associate discount along with Burlington’s benefits package for eligible part-time teammates.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule; including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time
