Five Below Inc. is hiring part-time Sales Associates to be at the heart of our store floor, delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales. You will greet and assist customers, share product knowledge, and guide them to merchandise while keeping the floor stocked and organized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or eager to learn technology (cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers.
• Ability to handle customer interactions politely and professionally.
• Uses basic information-gathering to resolve issues.
• Willing to learn procedures via on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register frequently.
• Move merchandise up to 25 lbs and reach 5–10 ft.
• Climb ladders to retrieve stock.
• Bend, kneel, twist, and stoop in stock room and sales floor.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers; relay information to management.
• Assist customers across the sales floor and stock room.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends and possible overnight shifts.
• Read and follow email/print instructions for merchandise layouts and schedules.
• Stand upright for most of the shift (about 80%).
